Environmentally Friendly Anti-Solvent Foam Fire Extinguishing Agent / 3%(S/AR, -11°C) — Seawater Resistance User Manual
I. Introduction:
Non-environmentally friendly fluorine-free foam fire extinguishing agents contain common components such as perfluorooctane sulfonates. At the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, 9 types of substances—including perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS), its salts (often collectively referred to as PFOS in many documents and reports), and perfluorooctanesulfonyl fluoride (PFOSF)—were added to the list of controlled persistent organic pollutants (PoPs) under restriction. This includes foam fire extinguishing agents, as certain perfluorooctane sulfonates are common ingredients in the formulation of film-forming foam fire extinguishing agents.
Our company has developed an environmentally friendly alcohol-resistant foam fire extinguishing agent, which has beenType inspection by the National Fixed Fire Fighting System and Fire-resistant Component Supervision and Inspection Center. The product's fire extinguishing performance meets GB15308-2006 "Foam Extinguishing Agents" and CCCF-CPRZ-24:2019 "Implementation Rules for Certification of Fire Protection Products - Fire Extinguishing Equipment Products - Extinguishing Agent Products". Biodegradability testing was conducted per GB17835-2008 "Water-based Extinguishing Agents" and the Test Outline. The product is free of PFOS, PFOA, and non-toxic.
II. Extinguishing Principle:
Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) for Alcohol-Resistant Use / 3%(S/AR, -11°C)-Seawater ResistantUniversal foam fire extinguishing agent for low-expansion foam systems. Product-to-water mixing ratio: 3:97. Under mechanical action, this product generates foam and forms a polymer film at the fuel-foam interface to protect the foam from polar liquids. The combined barrier of the film and foam effectively isolates air and enables rapid fire suppression.
III. Scope of Application:
Suitable for extinguishing and preventing fires involving non-water-soluble flammable liquids (e.g., gasoline, diesel, kerosene, heavy oil), water-soluble flammable liquids (e.g., alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones), and general solid materials at airports, oilfields, oil depots, oil tankers, petrochemical plants, large-scale chemical factories, chemical fiber facilities, and chemical storage sites.
4. Storage Packaging Requirements
1 Product packaging containers are plastic drums or iron drums with anti-corrosive lining.
2 Store the product in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be maintained between -6°C and 45°C.
3: When storing and using the product, ensure the container is clean.Do not mix with foam extinguishing agents, oils, or chemical products from different manufacturers or types, as this may compromise product quality.
4 Product shelf life: 2 years when sealed and stored in the environment described above.
V. Product Standard: GB15308-2006
